Based in Honolulu, Hawaii, TRG, whose depth of experience creating master-planned residential resort communities includes Ko Olina Resort (Oahu, Hawaii) and Princeville at Hanalei (Kauai, Hawaii), purchased the debt on Pronghorn from Société Générale in December 2011.
